The aluminum backing of the 3M™ Safety-Walk™ Slip-Resistant Tapes and Treads allows them to conform to diamond plating, riveted panels, aluminum ladder rungs, and other irregular surfaces. Abrasive particles are bonded to the aluminum film with a tough, durable polymer, providing traction and helping reduce slip-and-fall accident risks.
